About NRS Consulting

NRS Consulting was founded by Noah Schneiderman to provide small businesses and organizations with effective ways to manage information and function more efficiently. From budget and scheduling management to real estate valuation and strategy to cash flow and debt structuring proformas, NRS Consulting provides diverse solutions for a variety of business needs.

Prior to founding NRS Consulting, Noah Schneiderman served as Capital Finance Manager for the Massachusetts State College Building Authority (MSCBA) where he was responsible for many financial activities, including proforma real estate analysis, approval of capital and operating budgets and commitments, and the management of the issuance of approximately $400 million in tax-exempt bonds. Noah currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, MA, where he oversees the management of an $11 million operating budget and $100 million multi-year capital program.

A graduate of Dartmouth College with a dual-degree in Geography and Studio Art, Noah holds two masters degrees, one in Real Estate Development and one in City Planning, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
