About NRS Consulting

NRS Consulting was founded by CEO Noah Schneiderman to provide real estate developers and other businesses with effective ways to manage information and function more efficiently. From budget and scheduling management to real estate valuation and strategy to cash flow and debt structuring proformas, NRS Consulting provides diverse solutions for a variety of business needs.

Noah Schneiderman served as Capital Finance Manager for the Massachusetts State College Building Authority (MSCBA) prior to becoming a Financial and Data Management Consultant. During his tenure at the MSCBA, he created several integrated databases to track administrative, financial, and project information. These databases allowed the Authority to increase the size and scope of its projects without significantly expanding its staffing and operating resources.

He was also responsible for many financial activities, including proforma real estate analysis, approval of capital and operating budgets and commitments, and the management of the issuance of approximately $400 million in tax-exempt bonds.

A graduate of Dartmouth College with a dual-degree in Geography and Studio Art, Noah also holds two masters degrees, one in Real Estate Development and one in City Planning, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
